C2X Terms

This website is owned and operated by C2X Wrestling Academy Inc. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors bookings for In-person Classes, Appointments, and Items which can be picked up only at our local club. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right, and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.

Exchange Policy
Exchanges of store items can be made within 14 days of the original purchase date of your order. If you need to exchange an item, please email info@c2xacademy.com with your name, contact number, and details for the exchange.
Please note that we do not keep stock at all times, if the item is not in stock or we do not plan to restock that item an exchange of a similar valued item can be made (At the Owner Discretion). Customers are responsible for pick up and drop off of items they purchase and Items MUST be unused and unwashed to be eligible for exchange/replacement.

C2X Academy is not responsible for items lost or stolen after they leave the premises. Please keep your proof of purchase when requesting an exchange.

Refund Policy

Store Item Refunds, Cryotherapy services, Events held at C2X are issued at the discretion of the C2X Staff, please info@c2xacademy.com if you have any issues so we can see how we can help!

Subscription Cancellation Policy
​
C2X accepts cancellations of subscription services (recurring services & payments); cancellations must be approved by C2X management. After we cancel your plan, it will continue until the end of the billing cycle, and you will have access to the facilities per your plan until expiration.

**All Classes and Appointments are offered in person only, and All Items purchased online must be picked up at our physical location**

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.
The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available on the payments page.
“The fee for the services and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged on a monthly basis to your payment method.

Fulfillment
After the purchase of any service on the C2X website an email will be sent confirming the details of your purchase, All current in-stock products can be picked up at C2X after payment has been recieved.
