TribeFit

TribeFIT is the high-intensity functional fitness workout designed to make you fitter, faster, and stronger.

 

Tribe Fit meets 2x a week, with various times on Tuesday and Thursday.

TribeCore

TribeCORE brings toning, strength, stability and power to your core.

Tribe Core meets 2x a week, with various times throughout the week.  

Membership: $100/month

C2X Bootcamp is a fitness program designed for all ages and athletes of all abilities.

C2X Bootcamp meets every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday Times Vary

 

Drop-In: $10/session

Kickboxing

Kickboxing is a good fitness choice for those looking to burn calories for weight loss or to improve stamina and heart health.

You don’t need any martial arts or boxing experience to take a cardio kickboxing class. Everyone is welcome @ C2X
