This Class will focus primarily on Functional Movement, Stabilization, Injury Prevention, as well as strength, and conditioning.

 

This Class runs only in the summer from June 30 - July 31.

Tuesdays & Fridays

June 30 - July 21

10 AM - 12 PM 

Ages 10 - 14

Drop-in: $20/Session
