At C2X we welcome those new and experienced in Yoga to come to join our classes, to transform, expand your vision, and stretch your soul.
C2X Yoga is a systematic practice of physical exercise, breath control, relaxation, positive thinking and meditation aimed at developing harmony in the body, mind, and environment.
Yoga meets every Friday at 9:00 AM (currently on hold)
